WHO ARE WE?
The Office of International Linkages is a department under the Office of the Chancellor responsible for upholding globalization of education through internationalization, linkages, and consortia by vigorous academic exchanges and meaningful collaboration in medical institutions and other related industries in the pursuit of excellence in health and education.
MU-OIL integrates international activities of the ten colleges of Medical University: College of Medicine, College of Dentistry, College of Physical Therapy, College of Occupational Therapy, College of Respiratory Therapy, College of Radiologic Technology, College of Medical Technology, College of Pharmacy, College of Nursing and College of Midwifery.
The office promotes academic collaboration in foreign universities and related institutions. It engages in the planning of international linkages and carries out the implementation of memorandum of understanding and agreement with other universities and related institutions. MU-OIL upholds excellence through regular evaluation and monitoring of the University’s linkage activities.

1. We facilitate invitations for collaborative international linkage activities.
2. We formulate well-developed global internationalization and linkages.
3. We implement flexible linkages and internationalization programs to conform to the rapid development and changes in the world.
4. We ensure strong institutional capacity through expansion of collaboration and consortia
