For Online Payment:

  1. Click on this link to the UPHSL Online Payment Portal

  2. Select Medical University

  3. Type the Amount (e.g. 43000.00)

  4. In Particulars, select DOWNPAYMENT

  5. Type your Email Address & Student Name (Type your name legibly)

  6. Select a payment option

  7. Click I agree to the terms & conditions, then Select

  8. Other instructions will depend on your chosen payment option.

  9. Once paid, send your proof of payment to Admissions Email Address (admission.djgtmu@uphsl.edu.ph) (Email Subject: Downpayment 1st Sem. A.Y. 23-24 | Surname_Program/Course)
