The UPH-DJGTMU takes the well-being of its students seriously, and as the premier health care provider and health allied education institution in the Southern Tagalog region, we ensure that all our students’ health care concerns are taken care of. We have a dedicated school clinic and dental clinic staffed with professional health care professionals whose sole focus is student health and well-being. Medical doctors and dentists are available for consultation during school hours. The University of Perpetual Help Dr. Jose G. Tamayo Medical Center, a 150-bed tertiary hospital is located on campus and its medical and diagnostic services are available to students and faculty.

Our Emergency Medical Services are likewise top-notch, as well as our in-place Safety Awareness Facilitators, comprised of school administrators, that conduct drills and trainings bi- monthly all throughout the year. Safety briefings and security services are likewise given to all our students.
