WHO ARE WE?

The Office of the Registrar is the repository of all University documents and student information files.    We preserve and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of student records.  We ensure that the issuance of student   records is done in accordance with the law and in a timely manner.

WHAT DO WE DO?

  1. Facilitate the application for, certification, and issuance documents such as certification of grades, transcript of records,   transfer credentials, diploma and other pertinent documents.
  2. Implement government and institutional policies on entrance requirements, enrollment load, transfer, promotion, subject sequence, and graduation and ascertain compliance of requirements.
  3. Determine admission, course requirement, transfer, graduation and other matters pertaining to student accounting.
  4. Serve as the link between education-related government bodies (CHED, DepEd, TESDA) and the university.
  5. Disseminate information on new rules and regulations or requirements.
